Nintendo should also get some 3DS remasters on Switch to really unify their games on a bigger device. There's loads more that Nintendo should put on Switch from this list, I may have even missed some stuff, but those are the ones I'd definitely buy. Hopefully Nintendo spaces Switch releases of those Wii U games out alongside new Switch exclusives for the next couple of years until they get everything that seems cool from Wii U on Switch. Personally I hope Switch gets a version of Bayonnetta 1 & 2, SMB3DW, W101, Toad, DKTF, XBCX and Smash, maybe a rework of Starfox, hell even a port of Splatoon 1's campaign, because I never bought a Wii U, probably won't now and I'd still like to play those games when I eventually buy a Switch. Yeah it's not really that many ports yet, I suppose you could make a case for Fast Racing Neo being in that same category, some people think that Splatoon 2 is very similar, but that's got enough new content IMO, from what's been shown to be considered more than a remaster. You're thinking is archaic, supportive of bad business practices, because of blind, fanboy bias.

Wii U had clunky hardware, poor specs and while the system had a good amount of games it took ages for that library to build up, by the time it had happened NX was officially on the way and essentially Switch is Wii U crammed into a portable form factor, with some better hardware, no longer a clunky piece of kit, a much more appealing prospect. Rewarding a platform that was poor value for money. Nintendo were the ones that failed to sell me on Wii U as a platform, I'm the customer, I'm rewarding them with my hard earned money, you're line of thinking is what's wrong with the gaming industry. Tbh Nintendo could most certainly develop a Wii U emulator for Switch and just put the games on the eShop, with added content and visual upgrades.

The resources required to port from IBM PowerPC CPU and 6/7000 series AMD GPU architecture, to ARM Cores and Nvidia Maxwell GPU architecture are miniscule compared to what's needed to develop a full new game. MrSec84 1646d ago (Edited 1646d ago There's no need to get all touchy about it, Switch has it's own exclusives coming, like Super Mario Odyssey, Arms, Xenoblade 2, Splatoon 2, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle.
